Welcome to the PH TECH CIM Provider Manual
CIM is a PH TECH application with many uses ranging from general workflow management for plan members to innovative tools for staff and providers. These tools give structure to required plan tasks, increase accuracy, improve access to member data, and reduce processing time for provider staff.
This site is designed to give answers to questions that are encountered during a typical business day. The majority of this site is accessed by clicking on embedded links within the site.
