Care Types are used to track a variety of things for a member. Some of the most common Care Types are Authorizations and Referrals, which are created in the same manner.

1. Start by Clicking, 'Add new type of care'
2. Select the Appropriate Care Type
3. Follow the Onscreen Prompts to Complete the Submission
