Reviewing a Care Type

Overview


After a Care Type has been submitted, it will either be Auto-Approved or sent to be reviewed. The status of a request can be viewed under the member's account.

Reviewing a Care Type


1. Navigate to the Member's Profile

A. Use one of the following options to navigate to 'Member Search'

Option 1: Click 'Member Search' from the dashboard

Option 2: Open the side menu, click 'Members', select 'Member Search'

B. Enter the Member ID Number and click 'SEARCH'

C. Select the applicable line of eligibility

2. Find the Care Type in Question

A. Click on 'CURRENT CARE TYPES'

B. Identify the Care Type

C. The Status of the Care Type is located under the 'Authorization Details' section
